How do I register?
Click on the “Sign In” section placed at the top right of the home page. Now you can see two options, if you are new user then fill details for registration with the required information in the form that appears and click on register. Once registration done you will be automatically redirected to your registered account. After that, you can start shopping on Spicekart.ca.
Do I need to register before shopping on Spicekart.ca?
Yes, registration is important before shopping with us. You can browse the website or contact us without registration. But for ordering products we need your details before you checkout.
Can I register multiple times using the same email ID?
Each email ID/User name can be linked with only one account.
What if I enter the wrong email ID while registering online?

You can search for a product on a respective category page or simply type the product on search bar which is placed on the top of every page.
How do I know if I placed my order correctly?
Once you have placed your order a confirmation e-mail containing your order details will be sent to your registered email ID.
Can I call and place an order?
Yes, you can call to the number placed on website anytime and place your order. To make it simple you can place order on WhatsApp.
How do I make changes to my order?
Currently, there is no such provision to change the order once it placed. Please call our customer support team they will guide you & we will support you if order is not dispatched from store.
What are the various modes of payment I can use for shopping?

How will I know if Spicekart.ca delivers to my area?
You can check the service availability of your area on our homepage pop up. We have specified location details where we are delivering.
